FOUNDER
Sri Madhusudan R. Damle is the Founder Director of KVM Research Laboratories, established in 1988 in Puducherry, India, and the Founder Trustee and President of Midam Charitable Trust. With over five decades of experience in allopathic medicine, Ayurveda, homeopathy, veterinary science, and agriculture, he created KVM's range of Ayurvedic formulations by blending traditional practices with modern medical insights. Guided by Sri Aurobindo's Integral Yoga, KVM prioritizes 100% natural Ayurvedic products free of chemicals and preservatives.

Mr. Damle began exporting KVM products in 1990, with the HERBOMINERAL Mud Bath & Mask being the first Auromere-branded product to reach the US market, followed by other products.
In 2024, KVM launched a new division focused on Ayurvedic veterinary medicine. Additionally, Mr. Damle authored "Learning through Nature," a personality development module for students and teachers, which was well received at the Pondicherry Heritage Festival 2023.
His vision and dedication have positioned KVM as a leader in the Ayurvedic industry.

Sushrut Badhe

Sushrut Badhe, a disciple of Sri M.R. Damle, is a multifaceted Indian figure known for his work in authorship, scientific research, and Ayurveda.
As Secretary of Midam Foundation and CEO of KVM Research Laboratories, he oversees the production and export of Ayurvedic health products.
Renowned for translating the Bhagavad Gita and three Upanishads into English rhymed verse, his research also explores the therapeutic effects of Vedic Chants on children with Autism and develops large language models for Sanskrit translation, promoting India's cultural and scientific heritage.
Avanti Badhe

Avanti Badhe, a disciple of Sri M.R. Damle, is Vice President of Midam Foundation and General Manager of KVM Research Laboratories. An electronics engineer and national-level badminton player, she oversees manufacturing, compliance, and clinical research at the lab.
With over a decade of experience under Sri Damleji's guidance, Avanti is also a speaker, teacher trainer, and researcher at Midam.
She conducts personality development workshops and teaches children and adults through the "Krishna's Butter Project" and "Learning through Nature" modules in multiple languages, making her a core member of both KVM Laboratories and Midam Foundation.
