Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

Purchased goods are shipped from our warehouse using reputable carrier partners. Please allow the following number of days for delivery to get the best receipt of your order:

All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for public holidays and Sundays). You can expect your product delivery within 2-6 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders valued at RS. 799 and above. For orders under RS 799, a flat shipping charge of RS 50 applies.

Delivery Times:

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, please arrange for a trusted person (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor) to sign on your behalf. Ayurveda for you (KVM) is not responsible for deliveries signed by an alternative person.

Shipping Charges:

Domestic Orders: We offer shipping across India for all orders and charges may vary as per order value (excluding free trial orders)

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Refunds:

At Ayurveda for you (KVM), we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items once sold or delivered.

In Case of Damage or Quality Issues:

If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please notify our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receipt, providing supporting images or videos. We will address your concern promptly.
For any quality-related issues, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.
Ayurveda for you (KVM) is not liable for damages incurred after delivery. Neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our returns/exchange policy.
Exchanges are only accepted if the product is returned in saleable condition, with original packaging intact, and subject to inspection by Ayurveda for you (KVM).
No refunds are issued once products are sold.
